Veha Booking โ€“ Smart Travel Platform

To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable journey, please review the following travel guidelines before making a booking or starting your trip.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through the Veha Booking platform.
  • Please ensure passenger names, travel dates, and contact details are correct before confirming.
  • A booking confirmation (email, SMS, or app notification) will be issued after successful payment.
  • Keep your booking confirmation available during travel.

2. Arrival & Check-in

Bus & Tour Services

  • Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure time.
  • Late arrival may result in no boarding and no refund.

Taxi Services

  • Be ready at the pickup location 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Drivers may cancel the trip if the passenger does not show up after a reasonable waiting time.

3. Identification & Travel Documents

  • Passengers may be required to present a valid ID or passport, especially for cross-border or long-distance travel.
  • International travelers must ensure they have valid visas and entry permits where applicable.
  • Veha Booking is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documents.

4. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed standard luggage according to the service providerโ€™s policy.
  • Oversized, excess, or special luggage may incur additional charges.
  • Dangerous items (flammable, explosive, illegal substances) are strictly prohibited.

5. Health & Safety

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by drivers, tour guides, or service staff.
  • Seat belts must be worn where available.
  • Passengers with medical conditions should travel with necessary medication.
  • Veha Booking reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who pose a safety risk.

6. Behavior & Conduct

  • Respect drivers, guides, staff, and other passengers.
  • Harassment, violence, intoxication, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption may be restricted depending on the service.

7. Delays, Changes & Cancellations

  • Departure times may change due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
  • Veha Booking will make reasonable efforts to inform passengers of any changes.
  • Refunds and rescheduling are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy of each service.

8. Tour-Specific Guidelines

  • Follow the itinerary and instructions from the tour guide.
  • Late return to the group may result in being left behind without compensation.
  • Entrance fees, meals, or personal expenses may not be included unless stated.

9. Children & Special Passengers

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Child seats are subject to availability for taxi services.
  • Please inform Veha Booking in advance if you require special assistance.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Veha Booking acts as a booking platform connecting travelers with service providers.
  • We are not responsible for personal loss, injury, delays, or damages caused by third-party operators.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.
